1. Introduction

Welcome to Hexa’s Zindabazar. By enrolling in any of our courses—including our IELTS Premium, GT, or HICU programs—you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a high-standard learning environment for all students.

2. Enrollment and Fees

• Course Fees: All course fees must be paid according to the schedule provided at the time of admission.

• Refund Policy: Fees are generally non-refundable once the course has commenced, as resources and seats are allocated in advance.

• Course Validity: Each course has a specific duration (e.g., 2.5 months for IELTS AC). Students are expected to complete their modules within this timeframe.

3. Student Responsibilities (HICU & Intensive Programs)

• Mandatory Participation: Students enrolled in HICU or Premium courses agree to complete all mandatory daily homework and assignments.

• Attendance: High attendance is required to maintain the “Intensive Care” status. Repeated absence may result in a loss of personalized mentor support.

• Pressure Acknowledgment: Students acknowledge that HICU programs are designed to be high-pressure and rigorous to ensure rapid score improvement.

4. Intellectual Property

All learning materials, including digital resources, practice tests, and proprietary strategy sheets provided by Hexa’s Zindabazar, are for individual student use only. Unauthorized sharing, copying, or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited.

5. Mock Tests and Assessments

• Testing Schedules: Mock and Partial tests must be taken during the allotted slots.

• Results: While we provide expert guidance and a “Country Top Performer” environment, final official IELTS results are determined by the testing body (British Council/IDP).

6. Code of Conduct

• Respectful Environment: We maintain a professional and supportive atmosphere. Any form of harassment or disruptive behavior toward instructors or fellow students will lead to immediate termination of enrollment without a refund.

• Facility Care: Students are expected to respect the video studio, computer labs, and classroom equipment.

7. Changes to Terms

Hexa’s Zindabazar reserves the right to update these terms at any time to better serve our student body. Students will be notified of any significant changes via our official communication channels.
